Senator Halford moved and asked unanimous consent that the resolution be advanced to third reading and placed on final passage. Without objection, it was so ordered. HOUSE JOINT RESOLUTION NO. 30 was read the third time. Senator Green moved and asked unanimous consent that she be shown as a cross sponsor on the resolution. Without objection, it was so ordered. Senator Duncan gave notice of reconsideration.
